HAAPIjobs.com (Hiring Asian American/Pacific Islanders) is an online job board for Asian American job seekers. Employers from around the country post their job openings, many of them in higher education. Seekers may search the listings by job type, business, keywords and region. Search results show job details and provide the information necessary for candidates to contact the employer directly. The clients direction specified the use of bright and cheerful colors, straight-forward layout and above all, ease of use for both seekers and employers. After some research into Asian/Pacific color schemes and imagery, we chose bold colors, solid shapes and a variety of face shots to represent all Asian/Pacific ethnic groups.
