ChristianManuscriptSubmissions.com is an online service to bring potential authors and publishers together. Authors pay to submit their book proposals while publishers can search the database to review proposals.
The main design concern was to guide users, many of whom are not familiar with online transactions, easily through the process of submitting their proposal. A friendly atmosphere, consistent and simple layout and an easy-to-use navigation were implemented to this effect. The back-end was developed with PHP/MySQL, integrating online payment via credit card.
